FRP Post
The FRP posts in our SPS play equipment (structural plastic system) are extruded of a composite resin material and have a wall thickness of .22 inches, the thickest in the playground industry! Corners are rounded for safety. Durable custom colors. (Custom colors are slightly higher in price.) Composite roof and deck brackets contribute to the overall low-maintenance and rust-free nature of our SPS Play equipment.
Standard cap colors are: Almond, Blue, and Green
Our rails, posts, handrails, ladders and other metal components are manufactured using RS20 Flocoat Steel Tubing. Welds are made with bronze silicate wire, deburred and then zinc-coated before a high-quality dry polyester powdercoat finish is applied.
Our hardware has been selected for quality and durability. Stainless steel nuts, bolts, screws and fittings are used in all applications where needed with high quality and cost effective zinc dichromate hardware used in other applications.
