Outdoor Classroom

An outdoor classroom allows for children to learn in a unique, fun setting. Curriculum supports for a workable outdoor classroom include art easels, drying racks, art supply cabinets, polytone top (smooth) picnic tables, chalkboard panels, woodworking benches and outdoor curriculum cabinets. Support pieces for art, including 4' and 8' long easels (both single and double sided), art cabinets, art tables and chalkboards. Our playground designers are here to help you create your outdoor learning center.

Art Studio

Our Art Studio provides an integrated structure dedicated to outdoor art with several painting and drawing surfaces. The basic version includes a polytone countertop, a clear polycarbonate easel with storage bin and a 45" wide drawing board, all under a rotationally molded roof. All features are ADA accessible. Art is an integral part of an outdoor classroom; let your children be inspired by their surroundings.

Available in 45” or 86” lengths and single-sided or double-sided options, the Art Easel is made to weather the outdoors as well as the little Picasso’s in your classroom. Art Studio Paint Holder	Chalk Panel Model 12139 (cup on Left) Model 12140 (cup on Right) (3 shown in photo) Let children's imaginations run wild as they write, draw, spell and come up with their own fun and games with the Chalkboard Panel. The chalk board panel is made of polytone, a high-density polyethylene plastic. Due to the coarseness of this panel, may require water and rag to clean the chalk away. Available as panel only with chalk cup on right or left side, or with FRP posts for mounting. Approximate dimensions of panel only: 41''x29''.
Bi-Level Curriculum Cabinet Model 42601-3 (20''/40''H) Model 42603-3 (24''/40''H) Model 42605-3 (28''x40''H) Bring your class outdoors and create extra storage with this bi-level curriculum cabinet made from polytone. This curriculum cabinet comes in three different bi-level height variations with two shelves on the short side and three shelves on the tall side. Doors protect the content of this cabinet. Nesting Table with 4 chairs Model 46111 Perfect for additional seating for up to 4 in the indoor or outdoor classroom. The table, made from 3/4'' high density polyethylene sheeting, is approximately 30'' in diameter and 17'' tall. The four chairs, made from rotationally molded plastic, are approximately 11''x11''x11'' with the seat height being around 8''.
