According to our records, Grounds For Play is the only U.S. playground company with  national and international distribution that has never been sued for injury to a child. Our commitment to safety is included in each phase of creating a play environment, down to the materials we use. Plans are also reviewed by a Certified Playground Safety Inspector, ensuring that we are not only meeting, but exceeding the standards of ASTM and the recommendations of CPSC. Grounds For Play, Inc. is also a member of IPEMA (International Play Equipment Manufacturers Association) and has developed its own internal standards, some of which are more stringent than either ASTM or CPSC in many areas of playground safety.
